  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the maple syrup, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  5. In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, peanut butter, and almond flour to create the cookie layer.
  6. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the baking dish, followed by the cookie layer on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing into squares.
