- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
