Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into each cup.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.
