Indulge in these delightful Date Snickers made with medjool dates, peanut butter, and dark chocolate—a perfect guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the medjool dates open and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a small amount of peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each date.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

For sugar alternatives, use stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for longer storage.
