- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can of dairy-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of dairy-free cheese shreds
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
