  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can of dairy-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of dairy-free cheese shreds
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the dairy-free cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Top with frozen tater tots, arranging them in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle dairy-free cheese shreds on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until melted.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
