A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring tender beef and a rich sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
