- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
