Delightfully charred and flavorful Corn Ribs, perfect for grilling or roasting, combining simplicity with a burst of flavor.

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn into quarters, lengthwise, creating rib-like pieces.
  3. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the corn ribs in the oil mixture until well-coated.
  5. Place the corn ribs on the grill or in a baking dish and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
