Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until warmed through.
