Delightfully crunchy and sweet tortilla chips dusted with cinnamon and sugar, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cooking spray
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  3. Cut the tortillas into wedges.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the tortilla wedges on the baking sheet.
  6. Spray the tops of the tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over them.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and let cool before serving.

For a gluten-free option, corn tortillas can be used. Best enjoyed fresh but can be made ahead of time.
