Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a small bowl.
