A delightful fusion of spicy chorizo and ground beef, this Chorizo Burger is perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb chorizo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef and chorizo, mixing gently until just combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into patties.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and have a nice crust.
  5. Assemble the burgers on buns with preferred toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Allow burgers to chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before cooking for better shape. Rest the patties after cooking for juiciness.
