  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  4. Combine the heavy cream and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Fold the chocolate mixture into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled tart crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your delicious tart!
