A delightful blend of dark chocolate, nuts, and dried strawberries, perfect for snacking on the go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews)
  • 1 cup dried strawberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl the mixed nuts, dried strawberries, oats, seeds, and sea salt.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the trail mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool until the chocolate hardens.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy as a healthy snack!
