  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
