A vibrant and crunchy snack that combines the bold flavors of chili powder and lime with nutritious cashews.

  • 2 cups salted whole cashews
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Salt (added to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300℉ and set the air frying time to 5 minutes.
  2. Add cashews, chili powder, and brown sugar to a medium bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour in lime juice; mix thoroughly until all nuts are coated.
  4. Arrange nuts in a single layer in the air fryer (in batches if necessary).
  5. Halfway through, shake the basket gently. Repeat at the 1-minute mark.
  6. Remove the basket after 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle warm nuts with salt and stir.
  8. Let nuts rest for 1 minute.
  9. Arrange nuts on a clean workspace; allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
