These Chicken Pizza Hot Pockets are a delightful blend of tender ground chicken, melted cheese, and classic Italian flavors, offering a warm, satisfying meal.

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Spinach Leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the ground chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and spinach to the chicken mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions, aiming for about 6 servings.
  5. Prepare a clean surface and lay out dough squares or wraps.
  6. Scoop each portion of the filling onto the center of each dough square.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling to create pockets and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
  8. Place the hot pockets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown.
