A flavor-packed marinade for chicken that blends apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning for a vibrant taste.

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Cajun seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, ensuring all pieces are covered.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Be sure to cook the chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
