Buttery S’Mores Hand Pies

Delightful hand pies filled with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, reminiscent of classic s’mores.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional drizzle: 2 oz melted chocolate
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pie crusts and cut out circles using a 3–4 inch cutter.
  3. Place a few chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in the center of each circle.
  4. Brush edges with a little water, then top with another circle and press edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush warm pies with melted butter.
  8. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.

Notes

For a twist, consider using different chocolate types or adding peanut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
