A delicious and simple recipe elevating corn on the cob with a rich buttery coating and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter and coat the corn evenly with it.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  6. Switch the oven to broil and broil the corn for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a nice color.
  7. Brush additional melted cowboy butter over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, sweet corn for the best flavor. Ensure to turn the corn in the oven for even roasting.
