Delicious, crispy chicken wings drenched in a rich and flavorful cowboy butter sauce, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the cowboy butter sauce.
  4. Toss chicken wings in a large bowl with half of the cowboy butter sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove wings from the oven and toss with the remaining cowboy butter sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, broil the wings for a few minutes at the end of baking.
