A flavorful explosion of shredded chicken coated in buffalo sauce, served over a bed of fresh greens with ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl, mixing until well coated.
  2. Toss the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and celery together in another bowl.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the salad.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles if desired.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes
