- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
