Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil on the toasted bread.
  3. Top each slice with slices of fresh peach and torn burrata cheese.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
