Crunchy homemade Baked Tortilla Chips, perfect for a snack or as an accompaniment to dips and salsas.

Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas or flour tortillas
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Optional seasonings (e.g., chili powder, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tortillas into triangles.
  3. Toss the tortilla triangles in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Add any optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Spread the tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
