Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, bell pepper, red onion, and basil in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
