  • 1/2 cup Aji amarillo sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 2 cups Rice or quinoa
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Salad greens

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
