Deliciously rich brownie hearts topped with creamy white chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. While the brownies are baking, prepare the white chocolate frosting by heating the heavy cream until just simmering, then pour it over the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
  8. Once the brownies are done, let them cool completely before frosting.
  9. Spread the white chocolate frosting over the cooled brownies and cut them into heart shapes.

Notes
