- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground walnuts, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and applesauce until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
