  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground walnuts, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and applesauce until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
