- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
