- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
