  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the dates and pecans until finely chopped.
  3. Add the almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
