Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
