Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the vegan butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Flatten each ball slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
