Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
