A quick and gluten-free brownie recipe that can be made in just two minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add the honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Microwave the mug for 30-60 seconds, checking for doneness.
