  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the corn, honey, heavy cream, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
