- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Add in the chopped nuts, chia seeds, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
