- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- In a bowl, combine the warm milk and honey, then sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
