Ingredients

  • 30 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 5 g freeze-dried strawberries (powdered or strawberry syrup)
  • 15 ml whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 g powdered sugar (or to your taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the cold heavy cream to a jar or container.
  2. Sprinkle in the freeze-dried strawberry powder.
  3. Pour the whole milk over the strawberry mixture.
  4. Add the vanilla extract.
  5. Include the powdered sugar according to your taste.
  6. Whisk or froth the mixture vigorously using a handheld frother or whisk.
  7. Mix until the mixture becomes light and fluffy with soft peaks.
  8. Be careful not to over-whip to maintain the desired texture.
  9. Use the strawberry cold foam immediately as a topping for your favorite iced drink.
  10. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day if not used right away.
