- 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
- 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
- Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with dairy-free cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries gently.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
