Delicious and -to-make truffles that combine the flavors of strawberry cheesecake and Oreo cookies, perfect for a gluten-free and dairy-free treat.

  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
