Sizzle up some delicious steak kabobs with tender sirloin, vibrant vegetables, and an irresistible marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated steak, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinate for longer for enhanced flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
