A refreshing gluten-free cocktail that combines floral elderflower liqueur with zesty lemon juice and bubbly sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine elderflower liqueur, gin, and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers before serving.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the gin.
