- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked noodles. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
