A comforting and creamy casserole made with beef, noodles, and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked noodles. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
