Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, instant yeast, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into knots.
  6. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the knots.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
