A creamy, flavorful dip made with Velveeta cheese and sausage, perfect for gatherings and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 Jalapeño, diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until soft.
  4. Stir in the jalapeños and cook for another minute.
  5. Melt the Velveeta cheese in a separate pot with a splash of milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Mix the cooked sausage mixture and Rotel tomatoes into the melted cheese.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the Mexican cheese blend until melted and combined.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
