A spicy, creamy, and gluten-free sauce perfect as a dip, dressing, or marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all spices are evenly mixed.
  3. Incorporate hot sauce and honey (or sugar) into the mixture; blend until creamy.
  4. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
