Comforting and flavorful sheet pan kebabs, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flatbreads
  • Yogurt
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Crumbled feta
  • Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the beef mixture into kebab shapes and place on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve the kebabs on flatbreads topped with yogurt, red onion, crumbled feta, and chopped tomatoes.

Notes

Chilling the mixture for 30 minutes can help flavors meld. Optional to add veggies like bell peppers.
