A delicious gluten-free twist on the classic lasagna, layered with ricotta, ground beef, and marinara sauce.

  • 9 lasagna noodles (gluten-free)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic in a skillet; drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
