A delightful, no-bake dessert that combines creaminess and refreshing mint, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed mint cookies
  • 1/4 cup green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or additional crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. If desired, add green food coloring to achieve a festive color.
  5. Fold in the crushed mint cookies until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow it to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or additional crushed cookies.
